New Photos on the SLIDESHOW!

 Life Marches On
June 11, 2007
What happened?! The last time I updated this window it was March. Well life marches on. Good evening Mr. and Mrs. America and all the ships at sea. The whole family is fine and we hope all of you are too. Best wishes to Uncle Bert while he recovers from surgery and good luck to Aunt Loraine while he does it. Kumiko's job at the mall wasn't the cat's meow she thought it would so she moved. She recently returned from California for a four day job translating for a Koi company. Had good time but work is work. Koi are large goldfish kept as pets. Emily was on national television. You can see or download the clip here on the site at www.plhale.addr.com/public_html/unrelated for now. I will edit it some and put somewhere nice later. Seeya!

 Wow!
March 12, 2007
I can't belive it is March. School is wound down and the new students are getting ready for another year of Mr. Strict English, that's me. I don't let use their phones in class and make them start on time. Oh boy. The kids are fine and Kumiko is starting a job at the new mall in town, so she's happy too. I'm just the same as always. I will try to update more often. Thanks for pinging the site. Seeya!

 Merry Christmas
December 25, 2006
We hope that each and everyone of you have had a wonderful Christmas and will see a bright prosperous New Year! We had a great time with friends and students from our little home school on the 24th and 25th. It was very busy but lots of fun. Santa came for the kids for probably the last time as Leon is getting ready for Junior High in April and Emily will enter the 5th grade soon, too. Besides as I was helping Santa, slipped down the steps and wound up the doctors office on Christmas morning with a set of X-Rays, showing no serious injurires so I will walk like Dr. House for a few days. More photos will be posted this week and hope all of you take a minute to see them. Take care.

 Our New Website
November 27, 2006
Hello, everyone! This is our new homepage that my good buddy Robert in Nagano made for us. Our old homepage was pitiful, except for the slideshow my brother made for me. From now on it will look great.

 Post for October 1, 2006
October 1, 2006
Things are great here and it's cooling off a bit. We are expecting it to turn rainy and of course our snow will start in December. We are preparing for up to 8' as we had last year.

 Summer is Here!
July 18, 2006
The rainy season is just about over, and now it's getting hot. Robert, Tomomi and Anri from Nagano came to visit. Two-year-old Anri had a great time playing with Emily and her friend.
